Ruth B. Kindig

Ruth B. KINDIG, 86, Markesan, Wisc., formerly of Miami County, died Tuesday, at Sunnyview Village Nursing Home, Princeton, Wisc.

She was born in Peru to Perry and Elsie WOLFE SPANGLER. In 1925 in Indiana she married Albert Earl KINDIG who died in 1976. She was a homemaker and member of St. Johns Lutheran Church of Markesan, Wisc. She was a Markesan area resident for 20 years.

Surviving are a daughter-in-law, Janet KINDIG, Florida; four grandchildren, Mrs. Greg ‎(Sandi)‎ GARRO, Princeton, Wisc.; Mrs. Joesph ‎(Sheri)‎ FULKERSON, Indiana; J.J. ‎(Laura)‎ GIGSTEAD, Menomonie, Wisc.; Mrs. Rick ‎(Melissa)‎ KELBE, New York; eight great-grandchildren, Jason, Jacobe, Kyle, Kristina, Lee, David Robert, Lindsey; and a sister, Mrs. Edward ‎(Helen)‎ KNIGHT, Denver. Preceding in death were her husband, parents, a son and two brothers.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Johns Lutheran Church, Markesan, Wisc., with the Rev. Dennis MEIER officiating. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Wacholz Funeral Home, Markesa, Wisc. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Saurday at the Deedsville I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Deedsville, Ind.
